We permanently stabilized this home's sagging floors by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. These fully-adjustable steel piers stop settlement in its tracks and may even lift the floors all the way back to their original position.

We upgraded the customer's drainage system by installing our TrenchDrain System, which effectively channels water away from critical areas, preventing flooding and water damage.
We installed our TripleSafe sump pump outside the customer's home to ensure their home stays dry by effectively managing and preventing water accumulation in the basement or crawl space.
We lifted the concrete slab that this staircase sat on with PolyLevel injections. Then, we sealed the things off with NexusPro joint sealant. This staircase is now reattached, stable, safe, and looking good as new.
