The French drain system collects and redirects water away from the foundation, while the sump pump system removes any accumulated water in the sump pit, ensuring effective water management and preventing water damage.
Our crew repaired a cracked and uneven concrete pool deck using our NexusPro Crack Repair Solution and PolyLevel. NexusPro is a durable sealant that fills and seals cracks, preventing water infiltration and further damage. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injected beneath the concrete to lift and level the surface, restoring its original position and stability.
We repaired a customer's sinking sidewalk using PolyLevel by first drilling small holes into the affected concrete. Next, we injected the PolyLevel foam beneath the slab, which expanded to fill voids and lift the concrete back to its original position. Finally, we patched the drilled holes, leaving the sidewalk level and stable.
