To prevent groundwater from stagnating, our team installed our CleanSpace Drainage Matting throughout the crawl space floor. CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was fastened over the matting to ensure moisture doesn't seep into the space.

The system works by transferring the weight of the floor to the jacks, which are adjustable and can be tightened to provide the necessary support, effectively addressing the issue of sagging floors.
The Cleanspace Vapor Barrier System prevents ground moisture from seeping up and damaging the floor joists by creating an impermeable layer between the ground and the floor. This barrier blocks moisture, preventing it from rising and causing damage.
