This Jacksonville home was experiencing ongoing water intrusion due to a cracked foundation floor, leading to repeated damage to the home’s flooring. Water was entering through the foundation and migrating into the interior, forcing the homeowner to replace their floors multiple times. These types of issues are often caused by hydrostatic pressure pushing moisture through cracks in the slab, especially in areas with heavy rain and saturated soil.
To address the problem, our team installed a targeted drainage system designed to capture and redirect water away from the foundation before it can enter the home. By relieving pressure at the base of the structure and providing a controlled path for water flow, this solution helps prevent further damage to interior flooring and protects the home long-term.

This home's floors were sinking and doors were sticking due to weakened floor joists and support beams below the house.
