Foundation settlement problem solved by installed our foundation push pier system. The piers are driven into the soil until they reach solid bedrock. The weight of the home is then transferred to the piers. This prevents further settlement and can even help close formed cracks!
The backside of this home was sinking, causing the floors to slope. To bring the home back to a level position and even the floor, we installed our foundation pier system. Once installed, the foundation was slowly hydraulically lifted to level. After the installation, the team backfilled the pier location with concrete to seal the system and level the area.
This Jacksonville home received a much-needed front entry improvement to prevent water pooling near the door. Our team installed a trench drain system along the brick walkway and door threshold to redirect water away from the entryway and foundation. The paver surface was carefully lifted, graded, and reset for proper drainage flow, restoring both functionality and curb appeal. Now, rainwater flows smoothly away from the home keeping the front porch area clean, dry, and protected from long-term moisture damage.
We repaired a customer's sinking sidewalk using PolyLevel by first drilling small holes into the affected concrete. Next, we injected the PolyLevel foam beneath the slab, which expanded to fill voids and lift the concrete back to its original position. Finally, we patched the drilled holes, leaving the sidewalk level and stable.
In Jacksonville, FL, this pool enclosure was sinking as the soil beneath it eroded, leaving the structure vulnerable to further damage. To permanently stabilize the foundation, our crew installed helical piers a deep foundation solution designed to transfer the load of the enclosure to strong, stable soil layers. This installation restored structural support and gave the homeowner peace of mind knowing their pool enclosure is safe, secure, and built to last.
