Our team installed SmartJack support posts to level a sagging floor by first assessing the affected area to determine the extent of the sagging and identifying the underlying cause. Next, we excavated and prepared stable bases for the SmartJacks, ensuring proper load distribution. The SmartJacks were then installed and adjusted to provide the necessary support, gradually lifting the floor to its original level. Finally, we secured the system and verified its stability to ensure long-term effectiveness.
This St. Augustine home was experiencing water pooling in the yard, creating soggy spots and potential drainage issues. To solve the problem, we installed an exterior drainage system complete with a catch basin and underground piping to direct water away from the property. The drain was surrounded with gravel to improve water flow and prevent clogging, ensuring the yard stays drier and the home’s foundation is better protected from excess moisture.
Our team installed the TrenchDrain Surface Drainage System by first excavating a trench, then laying and securing the drain components, and finally backfilling the trench. The TrenchDrain system effectively collects and redirects surface water, preventing pooling and potential water damage, ensuring a dry and safe environment.
SmartJack support posts were installed in the customer's crawl space to address structural issues that caused wall cracks and separation. These posts provide additional support to stabilize the foundation, prevent further damage, and correct any sagging or uneven floors.
The crawl space door was replaced with an EverLast crawl space door to provide a durable, moisture-resistant solution that prevents air and water infiltration, ensuring long-term protection and energy efficiency for the crawl space.
