This home's floors were sinking and doors were sticking due to weakened floor joists and support beams below the house. We permanently stabilized the foundation by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. These fully-adjustable steel piers stop settlement in its tracks and may even lift the floors above back to their original position.
