We installed our interior subfloor drainage system, WaterGuard, along the perimeter of this basement where the floor meets the wall. This solution will capture water at its entry point and direct it to our SuperSump pump system - protecting this space from future flooding and water damage.

This slab foundation home had a large crack in the kitchen floor that had been growing and expanding overtime. Our expert crew was able to lift the sunken slab with PolyLEVEL injections and seal the crack with the ultra flexible and durable NexusPro joint sealant. This kitchen floor is now as good as new!
This formerly wet and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market. Once installed, it seals, covers, and protects the crawl space from moisture, humidity, and drafts.
We permanently stabilized this home's sagging floors and sticking doors by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space.
