This perforated pipe is installed under ground and allows water to drain naturally from the yard. This system prevents yard flooding and the weakening of foundational soils due to excess moisture.
The current gutter discharge lines were dumping water directly onto the foundation. To divert water away from the home's foundation, we added extensions to the discharge line to have the water disposed of a safe distance away from the foundation.
The gutter extensions required a pathway through the concrete driveway. We removed and then repaired the concrete area after installing the buried extensions below. The foundation is now dry and the driveway looks god as new!
