A business owner contacted our office to help with their cracked and uneven concrete sidewalk outside their building. Our team assessed the concrete and decided the most effective solution was to lift and level the slab using our PolyLevel System then fill and seal the cracks/joints using our NexusPro Solution. Due to not having a drainage solution in place, rainwater runoff was flowing directly from the gutter and settling on the soil near the concrete. Overtime, voids were created under the concrete which caused it to sink and crack.
We installed a catch basin at the bottom of the downspout to collect water and drain it to the parking lot. To do this, we had to remove a portion of the sidewalk, install a drainage pipe that was attached to the basin, and replace the concrete.
Large Crack
To repair this crack, our team will inject our PolyLevel foam into the slab to raise it to level. Next, they fill and seal the crack with NexusPro Solution.
Drainage Solutions
The catch basin will allow water to flow freely through the pipe to be discharge out into the parking lot to prevent it from pooling and seeping into the soil and damaging the sidewalk.

Repaired Concrete
The crack was filled and sealed using a polyurethane injection process. The polyurethane was then cured to form a strong, permanent bond. Finally, the slab was leveled with PolyLevel.
