These conditions can lead to wood rot, poor air quality, and long-term structural concerns making this space a perfect candidate for full encapsulation and moisture control.
During installation, our team applied a durable CleanSpace vapor barrier to completely seal the crawl space floor and support columns. This liner prevents ground moisture from entering the area, protecting the home's structure from humidity and future mold growth. The transformation creates a cleaner, brighter, and more controlled environment under the home.
After sealing the crawl space, our team installed insulation panels along the foundation walls to improve the home's energy efficiency and temperature regulation. This insulation helps keep the crawl space conditioned year-round, reducing energy loss and preventing cold floors above. Combined with the vapor barrier, it creates a fully protected and energy-smart crawl space system.
To complete the encapsulation system, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to maintain ideal humidity levels within the crawl space. This powerful unit continuously filters and dries the air, preventing mold growth, wood rot, and musty odors. With the SaniDry system in place, the home's foundation is now protected by a clean, dry, and energy-efficient crawl space environment.
