A French drain was installed along the side of the home where the yard was flooding and water was seeping into the home. This system will effectively capture surface water and direct it away from the foundation.
The TripleSafe sump pump system features a three-pump design that automatically adjusts to the current pumping requirements. This includes a battery-powered pump that will activate in the case of a power outage.
To divert water away from the foundation, we installed buried downspout extensions to the gutter discharge lines.
